Dealer Enrollment Forms

Important notes: If there is DMS integration, the Dealer Enrollment Form must be signed by the dealer or an authorized representative of the dealer. If the providers included on the Dealer Enrollment Form require eContracting Agreements, ensure those agreements are executed. For DMS integration, it is very important to include the name and telephone number for the IT contact at the dealership. This IT contact at the dealership should also be informed that F&I Express will be calling them.
